By accessing or using the PaniHisab website and application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PaniHisab is a SaaS platform built for water delivery businesses. It includes features such as customer management, daily delivery entry, automatic monthly bill generation, pending balance tracking, payment updates, and WhatsApp bill-sharing support.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Business Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the legality and correctness of customer, delivery, and billing data entered by you.
- Authorized Use: You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable data/privacy laws.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Trial and Access: New accounts may receive a free trial period and an additional extra period as configured by the system.
- Paid Plans: Paid plans, customer-count tiers, and promotional offers are listed on the pricing pages and may be updated from time to time.
- Write Restrictions: If your trial/subscription expires, write actions (such as creating/updating records) may be blocked until reactivation.
- Payment Processing: Payments may be processed through configured gateways (for example Razorpay). Gateway failures, banking failures, or provider downtime are outside our direct control.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. WhatsApp and Communication Features
- User-Initiated Sharing: Bill sharing through WhatsApp is initiated by user actions from within the app.
- Third-Party Dependence: Message delivery, availability, and policy enforcement are controlled by WhatsApp and related telecom/internet providers.
- Consent Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining required customer consent for sending messages and reminders.
6. Data Ownership and License
- Your Data: You retain ownership of customer and operational data that you upload.
- License to Operate: You grant us a limited license to process your data only for hosting, operating, securing, and improving the Service.
- Platform Rights: PaniHisab software, brand assets, UI, and code remain our intellectual property.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of APIs.
- No use of the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activity.
- No uploading of data you are not authorized to process.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, account misuse, or policy violations. Account status controls (such as inactive/suspended) may restrict access until resolved.
9. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or third-party outages may temporarily impact functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaniHisab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
