1. Open the Registration Page
Open panihisab.in/register on your phone or computer browser, or download the PaniHisab App from the Google Play Store and tap Create Account.
2. Enter Owner Name & Mobile Number
Provide your full name and 10-digit primary mobile number. This mobile number will be used for your account login, OTP verification, and monthly WhatsApp billing.
3. Enter Water Business / RO Plant Name
Enter your agency or water delivery plant name (e.g., Jay Ambe Water Supply). This business name will be automatically printed on your monthly WhatsApp invoices and payment links.
4. Select State & City
Choose your State (e.g., Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Bihar) and City (e.g., Surat, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Patna). State selection automatically customizes regional settings and language options.
5. Set Password & Activate Free Trial
Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters) and click Create Account. Your account will be created instantly and your 15-Day Free Trial will start immediately.

After logging into your new account, complete these 3 quick initial setup items:
- Select Preferred Language: Go to Profile Settings or the top menu bar to select your language (English, Hindi, or Gujarati).
- Add GPay / PhonePe UPI ID: Enter your UPI ID (e.g., 9876543210@paytm) so payment QR codes are automatically generated on customer bills.
- Add Your First Customer: Add route delivery customers and record their starting empty jar balance to begin daily tracking.
