1. Entering Your Shop Bank UPI VPA ID
Configure your bank UPI ID in your account settings:
- Go to Settings: Navigate to Account Settings → Payment Configuration.
- Enter Bank UPI ID: Type your active shop UPI VPA ID (e.g.,
patelwater@okicicior9876543210@paytm). - Save Configuration: Tap Save UPI Settings.
2. Scannable Dynamic QR Codes on Invoices
How customers pay using the generated QR code:
- Exact Bill Amount Auto-Filled: When a monthly bill link is opened on WhatsApp, a custom UPI QR code displays pre-filled with the customer's exact due balance.
- 1-Tap Pay App Launch: Customers on mobile phones can tap Pay via Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm to launch their payment app instantly.
3. Verifying Payments & WhatsApp Receipts
Recording received online payments:
- Record Payment: Once payment arrives in your bank account, tap Record Payment under Monthly Billing to update the bill status to PAID.
- Send Payment Receipt: Send a instant 1-click WhatsApp payment confirmation receipt to the customer.
