Learn how to group customer addresses into delivery routes, assign delivery boys, sequence route stops, and execute fast bulk route deliveries.
Organizing your customer base into logical delivery routes saves fuel, prevents missed deliveries, and allows delivery boys to complete 50+ jar drops in half the time.
1. Creating Routes & Area Groups
Group customers geographically into named delivery routes:
- Route Naming: Create route names based on areas or landmarks (e.g., Varachha Route 1, Station Road Commercial Route).
- Assigning Customers to Routes: When editing or creating a customer, select their primary delivery route from the dropdown menu.
2. Assigning Routes to Delivery Boys
Give each delivery boy mobile app access for their specific route:
- Driver Login Credentials: Create a mobile number and password for each staff member under Delivery Boys → + Add Driver.
- Route Privacy Protection: Drivers logging into their mobile app only see customers assigned to their specific route.
3. Executing Bulk Route Deliveries
Log entire delivery routes in 1 minute using the Bulk Route Entry feature:
- Select Route: Choose a route (e.g. Morning Varachha Route) on the Daily Entry screen.
- 1-Tap Quantity Counters: Tap +1, +2, or +5 next to each customer's name to record jar drops and empty returns instantly in sequence.

Yes! Open the customer details screen and select a new route from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately for future route sheets.
