The PaniHisab Dashboard provides real-time visibility into your entire water delivery business. From tracking live daily jar drops and cash collections to recovering pending customer udhaari, monitoring empty jar stock, and spotting double-entry errors—everything is managed from this single screen.
1. Date Range Controls & Customer Filters
Customize the dashboard view by selecting specific time periods or searching individual customer accounts:
- Preset Date Ranges: Quick filter by Today, This Month, Last Month, or set a Custom Date Range.
- Month Navigation Arrows (< and >): Tap the left and right arrows next to the date picker to navigate back or forward month-by-month.
- Customer Search Dropdown: Search by customer name or phone number to filter all dashboard stats, jars delivered, and payment ledgers for a single customer.
- Reset Filters: 1-click button to reset all customer and date range filters back to the current month's default view.
2. Period Performance Stat Cards (Date Filtered)
Four period KPI cards update dynamically based on your selected date range:
- CANS DELIVERED (Blue): Displays the total count of filled water cans delivered during the selected period.
- MONTH DELIVERY (Indigo): Displays total order cans delivered and total order count. Tap this card to toggle the Monthly Order Breakdown Panel.
- MONTHLY EARNINGS (Emerald): Displays total payment amount collected (cash + UPI) during the period. Tap this card to open the Paid Bills Panel.
- PENDING (Orange): Displays the total unpaid and partial bill balance remaining for the period. Tap this card to open the Pending Dues Panel.
3. Live Real-Time Snapshot Cards
Four real-time snapshot cards display your active shop inventory and customer status:
- TOTAL CUSTOMERS: Total active customer accounts registered in your water business.
- TODAY DELIVERED: Live count of filled water jars delivered today across all delivery boys.
- DAILY JARS HELD: Total unreturned empty 20L cans currently held at customer premises. Tap this card to open the Unreturned Empty Jars List.
- DISPATCH PENDING: Scheduled delivery orders awaiting delivery boy completion out on routes. Tap this card to open the Pending Orders Panel.
4. Interactive Expandable KPI Panels
Tapping any interactive stat card expands a detailed data panel directly below the KPI grid:
Paid Bills Panel
Shows all fully cleared invoices for the period with customer names, payment dates, total amounts paid, and 1-click WhatsApp receipt share buttons.
Pending & Unpaid Bills Panel
Lists all unpaid and partial bills with customer names, remaining due balances, and 1-click WhatsApp payment reminder buttons.
Unreturned Empty Jars Panel
Lists customers holding unreturned empty cans. Includes a 1-tap Quick Jar Return popup button to record collected empty cans immediately.
Pending Orders Panel
Displays scheduled orders awaiting fulfillment, allowing owners to complete orders on behalf of staff or reassign delivery drivers.

6. Recent Deliveries Feed & Risk Warning Banner
The lower section of the dashboard displays a live delivery entry feed:
- Grouped by Date: Entries are organized chronologically by day (e.g., Monday, 12 Aug 2026).
- Complete Entry Details: Displays Customer Name, Product Type (20L Jar, Chilled Can, etc.), Full Cans Given, Empty Cans Returned, Payment Mode (Cash, UPI, Credit), and Staff Member who logged the entry.
PaniHisab automatically runs duplicate detection! If a delivery boy and owner accidentally log two entries for the same customer on the same date for the same product, a yellow Double Count Risk warning banner appears so you can delete or edit duplicate entries before monthly bills are generated.
