All new registered water suppliers receive a 15-day full-featured free trial. You can test all features including unlimited daily entries, staff app logins, and WhatsApp billing.
How much does PaniHisab cost after the free trial?
PaniHisab costs just ₹99 per month flat. There are no hidden setup charges, no per-customer fees, and no per-bill costs.
2. Security & Data Backup Questions
Is my business data safe if I change or lose my phone?
Yes! All customer ledgers, daily jar entries, and billing histories are automatically backed up in real time on encrypted cloud servers. Simply log in on your new phone using your mobile number and password to restore all your data instantly.
Can delivery drivers see my monthly earnings or profit?
No. Delivery boys log in using restricted staff credentials. They can only view their assigned route customers, log jar drops, and record cash collections. Overall shop revenue and profit figures remain strictly private to the account owner.

At the end of the month, tap Send WhatsApp Bill under Monthly Billing. PaniHisab generates a PDF invoice link with your shop logo, jar breakdown, due balance, and scannable bank UPI QR code and opens it directly in WhatsApp.
